Buildings in New Gourmet Farm

In the old gourmet farm, some of the "ultimate" tasks were
3 Level5 gardens
3 Level5 Almond orchards
1 Level5 goat stable

Any idea on how many of each building in the new gourmet farm?
It seems that we need tonnes of eggs, almonds and peaches to keep the bakery busy. If we are to sustain more orchards than before, we need more dung so maybe we need donkeys as well.
The production from goat stables is so small that I don't find it helpful.

Any suggestions? ;)

    I haven't hit the top yet, but there's definitely a 3 level 3 gardens.

    I have a task of 4 level 7 gardens, think it's the top :)

I just wanted to say that I don't understand why we need a compost in the new farm as all the compost we make from the main farm can be used on all the other farms anyway. Is it because the dung that is created on the new farm cant be turned into compost on the main farm?
    love to have an answer!

It is because each silo varies in the amount of dung needed and how long it takes to make it - so if you are in a hurry you can use one over the other. Same thing with the composter and leaves. It gives us more options while planning our day.

Time management. Upgrade it all the way, and you'll have humus in only 8 minutes. It uses more leaves, though, so this option is best left to people who have tons of leaves and just can't process them fast enough.

Well, the composter in gourmet farm uses much more leaves to generate a humas. I think it's only advantage is a level 5 composter can generate in 8 min. Only if we are in a hurry and can't wait for 25 min in the main farm?
As for the silo, the one in gourmet uses less dung, so I can make fertilizer slowly if I have got some in stock.

That makes me said. I used to have tonnes of leaves and twigs but now they are gone. Wonder if I can get them some day.
