Don't let them forget they owe you stuff. I "think" support might be a little busy, with all the bugs and complaints.
Maybe they can just refund you your money back?
I don't think it was an "unrelated" gold purchase Ezio. I had the same experience and it played out like this:
When the "Exclusive Offer" started, I made the cheapest gold purchase available... and the progress on the "Exclusive Offer" changed from 0/3 to 1/3. I logged out. Next day, I logged back in and the "Exclusive Offer" was back to 0/3. I sent a message to Support, got an email confirmation and never heard from them again. Before the "Exclusive Offer" timer ran out, I made three consecutive gold purchases (the same cheapest purchase I had previously made) without logging out... and presto... 3/3... I got the "Pretty Rope Lights."
Clearly the gold pack was related to the offer. Must have been a programming glitch. But the glitch had a real-world $$ impact on me and many others. For me... I ended up having to make FOUR purchases (rather than the advertised THREE) to get the lights. Others made the three purchases and didn't get the lights at all.
Today, I sent a follow-up message to support. But still no reply to my original inquiry that I sent on March 8.

Follow-up: Before the time ran out on the "Exclusive Offer," I ended up making 3 more gold purchases without logging out so that I could get the "Pretty Rope Lights" for my farm. I occasionally make gold purchases when I need gold for something. But I have no gold needs at this time. So, these gold purchases were solely to get the "Pretty Rope Lights."
The glitch caused me to make FOUR gold purchases rather than the advertised THREE needed purchases, with a direct real-world money impact.
What plans does GGS-BF have to compensate?

Can't be because you made the cheapest gold purchase Jatoda. I did the same thing when I did the 3 consecutive to get the lights. Besides... if there is going to be a restriction on what gold packages do and do not apply... GGS-BF needs to be clear about it... otherwise it would be false advertising.
I'm sorry that you felt that I advised you to make the 3rd purchase - I was very careful to make my post as neutral as possible so the decision was yours alone - it's not my money and I would never presume to tell anyone else what they should do with theirs. I did let you know it was a bug and that if you did end up meeting the criteria for the deco, you would need to contact Support about getting it credited to your account - specifically because of the bug.
Rosenphenus and jatoda, please give Support more time to get to your ticket. They are overloaded with tickets at the moment which is why it's taking so long for them to be able to deal with yours. They will get to you, I just can't tell you when that will be sorry.

Kat, Thank you for the reassurance that they are still managing their way through support requests. That's something we can't see from our end XD. I did ask one of the farm hands, but he just grunted and swung a rake at me. :P
It's understandable though that we end up wondering when all we've received is an automatic reply and the event is long over and done with

I completely understand the wondering and I'd love to have an estimation time but unfortunately I can't sorry. When it gets like this, I'd love to be able to jump in and help them out, but unfortunately, I'm just a moderator.

The lights are a nice 2-dimensional option (5x2)
My only critique is: a part of me was hoping the lights were animated! :P would be nice to see them blink! Haha... but we can't have everything can we! (... or.... can we? :P)

I am still having the problem. I never received the pretty rope lights after purchasing 3 of the gold packets. the event has been over for over a week now. I purchased the packets while the event was still going. the last gold packet I purchased the event still had 18 hors left.
this is the response I got today and the response I replied back. now will wait on that.
Bought gold WITH bonus, logged out - goldpack back on 0/3. Bought again and again. In total 4 times WITH bonus, but nopretty rope lights received.
contacted support, got a ticket on feb 28
From then on.... nothing
Guys, I know it's the same thing again, but please be patient for a bit longer - they really are working hard to get through the tickets as fast as they can. Rosenphenus got hers and you will too.

Thank you for all your help. I know sometimes you probably want to pull your hair out, with all our complaints, over and over again. You know how addicts are. They just keep on till you give in to them. There have been so many bugs and problems lately. I think some of us are paranoid we won't be able to play the game, and that makes us do and say things we otherwise would not. So far it has all worked out in the end. Thanks again from one of the addicted ones.
