Is there a task list of the new tasks on the Gourmet Farm anywhere?

Not yet. We are working to set one up - at least I think my member said so. We do have a task list for the main farm finally :D

I know this thread is really old, but I have to say how sorry I am not to have been playing this game when the gourmet farm had not only a bakery, but the dairy and restaurant as well. I don't see how it was "improved" in any way, shape or farm by removing those buildings and all the products/food items that were made in them. There was SO much more variety as to what you could make then--made the whole farm more interesting. Bummer. I don't know why this was all changed---it was a change for the worse, from what I can tell. My bakery is nearly a money pit every time I upgrade it and from what I understand about the old, better gourmet farm, compared to that, the bakery by itself is far less profitable now than when there were three separate buildings.

Any ideas as to the "genius" of this "improvement", i.e. why did they feel the need to "fix" it? From all I can see, it was a downgrade of the whole gourmet farm and is now far less profitable. Was that the intent? So it's harder to make money and thus make you more likely to spend real money on buying gold instead? Seems like this is now far less fun, and a lot more money that has to be spent as a trade-off. Conclusion--from a game/fun-factor point of view, compared to the old gourmet farm, the changes are an epic fail.

I never saw the old Gourmet Farm. I've been playing for over a year now. from what I've heard the old gourmet Farm was so much better than we have now and a lot more fun. I don't see much "Gourmet" in our Grourmet farm now.

The old gourmet farm did make a lot more profit, it is comparable to the flower farm. Perhaps you remember when the flower shop gave dollars instead of products? That was the same with the restaurant. The most profitable recipe yielded 405,000 dollars in 6 hours. I still have the screenshots and data from the old farm, because I wanted to be able to remember it. I can upload it and send you a link if you want to see it.

I liked the formula (like you still see on the flower farm) much better than the main farm formula; the one it has been remodelled into. I do not remember the exact reasons why, but I can guess it is probably because this provides much more challenge in respect to what you want to build and how. I mean, the flower farm is nice, but it is kind of boring. (I do really like that though, because I need to click less and I do not need to upgrade everything so high, so there is no real pressure to plan a lot to make it run smoothly.)
The old formula is also less dependent from the main farm, but the new gourmet farm is very dependent from it. I think GGS may have wanted more interaction between farms as well. Make sure they are not stand alone farms.

I really hope the flower farm will not be reworked any time soon or at all.
