getting gold back

i know, i should have been more carful, but i burned almost 2500 for nothing by speedig up a building time.
i would lke to know if it possible to get my gold,or at least some of it, back.

    Sorry danther2, I don't think they wil honor your request.
    You pressed the button so you spend it.

    It would be a good thing if the at least make a small warning sign before submitting a request.
    Like "are you sure?"
    But it is not there, so we have to be carefull with every click ;-)

    belive me i know, this question is adressed for mods, or people that can base their answer on expirience.
    hearing "advises" and remarks about a warnin sign will not help me, and this not the palce to write them.

    I am sorry that you accidentally spent the gold :( My only advice would be to try support, tell them how it happened and ask them if its possible to get it back. My guess would be that they will say " no " However I could be wrong. Good luck :)

    thanks for the response but i dont use suuport anymore, the so slow they become irelevant...

    Im not gonna bother contact suuport if it takes 3 monthes for them to reply.
    But if you know what should I add to the massage so ill have a chance to get my gold back, that would be great

    Send in a ticket anyway. People have been asking for some form of safeguard so this doesn't happen for awhile now. They NEED to hear from you. Even if you never get your gold back, which is likely. The more people complain about things like this, the more likely they will be to fix it. So submit the ticket anyway.


    Ya know, I really don't like how this game is so set up to accidently lose your money.
    It's like, hey, I dropped my cash behind your counter can you help me get it out?
    answer; neener neener, you should have been more careful. It's ours now.

    A very politely worded request goes a long way with people in customer service profession. (Heck, it goes a long way in just about any life endeavor...) Admit that you mistakenly clicked where you should not have. You understand it is your own fault. You understand that they probably have more pressing requests to contend with. Would they please consider refunding your gold and undo the improvement. That kind of stuff.

    But understand that it is no simple fix. They can't just push a button. Your farm has to go back in time. Or they could just give you the gold and leave the improvement in place and make you VERRRRY happy, hopefully. If you're lucky, you might get one bite at that apple. Good luck!

    No one can guarantee that you are going to get your gold back and there is no magical wording. You clicked skip in error, just like others have done and they haven't gotten their gold back.

    Send a ticket and worse case scenario is they don't respond at all or they say no. You have nothing to lose by sending in the request.
