    Once you are further along in the game you will have to option to join a co-op. When you do you can start your own or join one.

    I am new here too, but it seems to me, and I might be wrong, but if you don't have the gold coins to put up, either no one wants you or you can't start one. I am not actually paying for anything with this game. I am doing it for the fun of it. There are people out there who will use their credit cards to play games like this on line, but I am not one of them. And if I am wrong about this, I apologize. Take care.

    Grammie, I can assure you that the majority of coops don't care if you don't buy gold.

    You'll all find it easier to get into a cooperative once your farms level up to around 20+ so don't panic about not being able to get into a cooperative right now. :)
