Happy holidays everyone :)

Starting Dec 23 until Jan 1st, the offices of GGS are closed. Of course, we will nevertheless try to help you as good as possible during that time, so here's the official "time table" to keep you up to date with what's happening over here, should problems arise:

Forum:

Our CM team will do "emergency service" from home on certain dates, meaning we will arrange a few hours over the day to help you out with problems, questions and other issues.

Steffi (Nafaru) will be here on Dec 23 and Dec 30 to check the forums throughout the day.
I (Latten) am here on Dec 24 and 25, as well as Dec 31 and Jan 1.

Of course we will be available from time to time when we can manage, and stay in contact with the moderators, just in case.

Our moderators will be watching the forums voluntary, as usual, so don't be mad if Kat or Tess aren't available all the time - they're probably off buying presents or visiting family :)

Support:

Our Support team will be limited, but available over the holidays as well. While a reply to a ticket may take a bit more time than usual, we try to cover the whole time as good as possible to provide support and help, even if you send in tickets over the holidays or if fireworks somehow made you click the wrong button on New Year's Eve.
