donation dosnt give correkt % extra

Hi

I donated 500.000 dollars to my coop - and we have researched to get 30% extra - but my coop only received 520.00 dollars.

What is wrong?

My coop have got the extra 30% before

If you put a period in the 500000 the system probably red it as 500 dollars not 500000. Next time don't put a period in the numbers just type out 500000. That should fix it.

I don't think that's the issue, maxiroy. Even if only 500 had been donated, an extra 30% should have made it a total of 650, not 520. That total is just plain wrong.

nannsi, have you tried clearing your cache in case it's just a display error? If that doesn't fix it, I think you probably need to contact Support .

It works ok now - the coop gets the extra 30 % on my new donation.

Impossible to find out wether it is a display error or at real error to the % on the first donation.

I did not register the amount of dollars in the coop before donation.
