I have 2 nick base on 2 other e-mail.
I receive an e-mail from bigfarm everyday. There are a lot of gift, reward and gold for free so I can collect. I'm very happy.
But I have another nick in bigfarm which use other e-mail, I have no e-mail from bigfarm in that e-mail. How can I receive e-mail from you because I love free gift and gold for that nick.

If you still don't find it in any of those folders, contact Support to see if it can be sent again, or if there's anything else they can do to help.
That's a problem, then, because having multiple accounts on the same server is against the Terms of Use.
You and your nephew are two different people, so that's ok. You and your coworker are two different people, so that's ok. But if you personally play two different farms, your farms all have to be on different servers.
Your first message looked like you meant that all the different accounts were yours. Were you actually asking for all these different people, not just for yourself?
You should definitely contact Support to find out what the best thing to do is. They are helpful and friendly, and you may be able to ask someone who speaks your native language.
I'm afraid I don't know what to tell you now, other than maybe PM Latten or Nafaru during office hours (10am-6pm CET).
Edit: Or, actually, since this was all about not getting your email in the first place, make sure when you contact them that you give them the email that works!

You need to contact support and make sure you tell them that your nephew plays big farm on the same server as yourself. You will need to give support your nephews game name. Also tell them that you play at the office and that your co worker has a farm also.

Are you sure you are not receiving the emails? did you check your junk/spam folder in your email account? If you have checked then you will need to contact support. Hope it all works out for you
Edit to add: heidi I have merged both of your threads as they are about the same subject. You only need to have one thread per subject.
Hey Bysel, some e-mail providers block promotion mails. They may end up in a spam folder, but may also be blocked all together. Make sure you have a working e-mail address and if that mail does not receive anything, contact support to ask if that mail provider is likely to block the e-mails. You could try to make a new e-mail address online for these kind of occasions and ask support to change your Big Farm contact e-mail into the new address. Good luck!
Ive checked my spam folder, nothing. asked others on my co-op and they don't get emails either - is it just en1 server having problems?
I have been player now for about 6 weeks and have not received my welcome gift or any of the exciting e-mails with promotional gifts in them....I do receive the standard e-mail telling me that I have had a new ticket written for my gift but nothing ever happens. I have Big Farm on my mailing list and am at a loss for what to do next. Can some-one please advise me.
