Hello,
I have 2 nick base on 2 other e-mail.
I receive an e-mail from bigfarm everyday. There are a lot of gift, reward and gold for free so I can collect. I'm very happy. :D
But I have another nick in bigfarm which use other e-mail, I have no e-mail from bigfarm in that e-mail. How can I receive e-mail from you because I love free gift and gold for that nick.

    Check your spam/junk/trash folders. If it's Gmail, it's probably in Promotions (advertisements). Some email providers, AOL is one, often block Big Farm emails as spam.

    If you still don't find it in any of those folders, contact Support to see if it can be sent again, or if there's anything else they can do to help.

    In the house, I and my nephew play the same computer. I and my worker play the same server in the office. What should I do?

    You and your nephew are two different people, so that's ok. You and your coworker are two different people, so that's ok. But if you personally play two different farms, your farms all have to be on different servers.

    Your first message looked like you meant that all the different accounts were yours. Were you actually asking for all these different people, not just for yourself?

    You should definitely contact Support to find out what the best thing to do is. They are helpful and friendly, and you may be able to ask someone who speaks your native language.

    Thanks. I contact them but nobody reply to me. I sent them some e-mail but I receive no e-mail reply. :D

    You should of received a automatic ticket number pretty much straight away.. Check your junk /spam folder in the email address that you used. Support use office hours in Germany so you wont get a reply from them for a few hours yet.

    That's odd. I know that when you use the form to contact Support, you usually get an automated confirmation email with a ticket number in the subject. It looks something like this: [Ticket#2013102112345678] Re: Technical problem/ bug - [...]

    I'm afraid I don't know what to tell you now, other than maybe PM Latten or Nafaru during office hours (10am-6pm CET).

    Edit: Or, actually, since this was all about not getting your email in the first place, make sure when you contact them that you give them the email that works!

    okay....but why is the one player getting emails with bonusses....and the other player doesn't.....how do you explain that??? I have a daugther in law playing bigfarm at her home.....she gets mails....I don't get them.....I like to get bonusses too.

    You need to contact support and make sure you tell them that your nephew plays big farm on the same server as yourself. You will need to give support your nephews game name. Also tell them that you play at the office and that your co worker has a farm also.

    Are you sure you are not receiving the emails? did you check your junk/spam folder in your email account? If you have checked then you will need to contact support. Hope it all works out for you :)

    Edit to add: heidi I have merged both of your threads as they are about the same subject. You only need to have one thread per subject. :)

    Hey Bysel, some e-mail providers block promotion mails. They may end up in a spam folder, but may also be blocked all together. Make sure you have a working e-mail address and if that mail does not receive anything, contact support to ask if that mail provider is likely to block the e-mails. You could try to make a new e-mail address online for these kind of occasions and ask support to change your Big Farm contact e-mail into the new address. Good luck!

    I want gold too, lol. What are those promotional e-mails and how often do you get them? Playing from April I only got two: welcome and anniversary. Is that because I login every day?

    I also got 1. Welcome and anniversary. On one of my other accounts I got a come back please promotion because I did not play that account for a long while. About a month maybe? I think this is mostly about the latest anniversary mail and the welcome mail :) But I am not sure, I have also read people getting mails while they shouldn't be getting them.

    i have never had any emails at all!

    Ive checked my spam folder, nothing. asked others on my co-op and they don't get emails either - is it just en1 server having problems?

    Hi Lucy :0)). I had my BF anniversary gift message in the Promotions folder (google mail), so it's probably not server-related.

    hi!
    I have been player now for about 6 weeks and have not received my welcome gift or any of the exciting e-mails with promotional gifts in them....I do receive the standard e-mail telling me that I have had a new ticket written for my gift but nothing ever happens. I have Big Farm on my mailing list and am at a loss for what to do next. Can some-one please advise me.

    Gyjoh, can you try using a different email address? If you have a Gmail or Hotmail one, it's probably best as there are some that automatically block GGS emails.

    If that doesn't work, then you'll need to contact Support and they'll sort it out for you. :)

    I asked Corey - one of suppory- he 's very friendly and help me a lot when he asked around to give me the answer: "It is a new thing that we recently implemented and it seems only our new player receive it. This would explain why you are not receiving it."
    So I thinks almost us is old player, so we didn't receive e-mails.
