I know this question has been answered before, yet I can't find the post without spending days searching. I have been looking.

Can someone please let me know either where to find the post or re answer the question.

Thank you.

    Here you go :)

How to do a screen shot and also this thread in the Tips and Tricks Forum, although ironically some of the screen shots are missing from the no longer active farmer's posts

Briefly, you should have a 'prt scr' button at the top right of your keyboard, or windows 7 and above has a rather nifty 'snipping tool'. Paste into an image programme like Paint which comes with Windows and save

Well I can't link it because I can't do it on my phone so I'll tell you how to do it :) First you need to open the screen which you want to take a screen shot off (duh:D) then there should be a print screen button on your keyboard and if it doesn't say print screen the it should be in initials for example prt sc or something. After you take your shot open paint and paste it. Save the file and then use an uploading site like tiny pic, photobucket etc.......... (I prefer photobucket) to upload the picture and then copy the image URL and paste it in here through the insert image button :)

Oh Rhon is just too fast :D

Alternatively you click on 'Go Advanced', scroll down to 'Manage Attachments' and upload the picture from there to insert it into your post ^^ In case you did not find that out yet :D

She didn't mention what kind of computer she has.... but. If on a mac,
Screen shot of the entire screen is command/shift/3

Or... brings up a curser so you can select what you want.
    command/shift/4

 <<< and only mac people will see that as an apple. lol.

Today I learned how to do a screen shot just by reading your post here. Simple as it is, it was still beyond me but now I've learned thanks to your post. Granted there may be other posts and links to do, just say'n yours is the one I saw and followed and it took a couple minutes to find it in my computer after I put it to paint and saved but I finally did it.

It is going to make proving a point so, so, so much easier.

    Thanks again.
