Daily log ins improve your game in the form of the daily log in bonus, and it works that way for the co op too. The co op tree wants watering every day. A quick log in really does a lot for communication, since we are a 24 hour group, this means mail a lot of times.
Life happens, and even your job lets you have a two week vacation. Not asking people to be rabid gamers, just asking for daily attendance, and communication if you can't be there:)
Our co op has room for any level of player, but co ops really work best when players are within a level range. At this time, our newest members should have levels that are are near or at level 20 or greater. Otherwise, it will probably be too hard for them to keep up with co op needs and requirements.
A co op isn't just an organization, it's also a grouping of individuals. The co op exists for us, it is us, therefore, it is what we want or need it to be.
Our current goals are realistic as well as ambitious. One research per week/ one project per week.
As the projects get harder, and the researches more expensive, we as a group may decide to change this. Be sure to communicate with co op members how you feel about the schedule, and how it is affecting your gameplay:)
Currently all financial contributions to the co op general fund are voluntary. I'd like to see it stay that way, but as the co op grows, we may choose to change that. Expectations of any members to contribute are, of course, based on your playing level, as well as the amount of time that you play.
Anyone who wants a guide for contributing, 10% of any amount that you make while playing is fair to the co op,and to you as a player. Until the general fund has a surplus, any and all contributions above this are welcome;)
Project participation isn't an option. When you work your farm, you help on the projects. Co op leadership aims to always give co op members a 24 hour lead time notice of any projects, so that you can maximize your farms performance during projects. Let your fellow co op members know which projects you are interested in doing- sometimes, it's all about how many points for the co op, but most of the time, it's what do we feel like doing to make our co op grow!
Research is the name of the game. It is indeed the main purpose of the co op. Improvement of our personal farms happens with research. Co op members all receive benefits from the researches. Improvement to your farms, as well as a more organized and expanded co op.
Co op members are expected to sign up for research positions regardless of level. All funds contributed to the co op general fund are only used for research project costs. There is no other use for dollars or gold in the co op- it's all about the research. So the next time you appreciate the extra funds you receive for being in the co op, remember where it came from...starts with an R.
