    Oh your poor couch!

    I have scratching posts around mine, it doesn't look the prettiest but it helps distract them a bit. Mind you, I found a new place on the couch that Topaz has been targeting (right next to the scratching post no less!) so I moved a tiny scratching post there to head him off. He then started scratching where the scratching post was the little darling! *sigh*

    Kat that's a really good tactic with a very funny event but what I usually do is put on covers on my couch the whole time and just take them of when someone commes to visit it's not as effective as your plan but it keeps them away from the good stuff :):):)

    I think I'm going to try the covers Ezio. The couch is fairly new and if they keep at it like they are, there won't be much of it left very soon! I'll see what I can find when I go shopping on Tuesday. :)

    Oh my God! Wild day today... It was my brothers birthday and I misplaced the gift I bought for him :) After hours and hours of tearing my room apart I turned around and there it was on top of my bed IN PLAIN SIGHT!!! :) Which meant that I got a bad back for no reason and in the end he got his gift :):)
