Living Well Co-op
I am humbly honored to be given the opportunity to serve as the group leader. I want us all to be here because we want to be here and will do my best to make this as much fun (with as little drama about each and every player) as possible. We are all here together because we have chosen to be together. With that said, the suggestions listed below are designed to offer the best game experience possible for ALL members of our Living Well co-op. We ask that each person participating do their best to adhere to them. Should you have any disagreement with any of the ‘suggestions’ listed below, let me know and we will resolve/modify/add/delete/??? those disagreements/concerns as the co-op grows. This is not any single player’s co-op but rather a group venture where each member is just as important as all of the others. This being said, the following game participation ‘suggestions’ apply to all co-op members:
1. Be respectful and courteous of one another. None of us are psychologists. All we ask is that you think before you speak. Try and put yourself in the shoes of the person you are talking to and try to understand how your words might be interpreted by the person(s) you are interacting with.
2. Your farm comes first. Do not neglect the needs of your farm when participating in co-op projects.
3. No ‘spying’ on other co-op member farms. By this I mean do not go to other player farms for the purpose of reporting whether or not they are participating in projects. We are all adults and should be able to do what we can in helping to complete projects. If it is necessary to be away from the farm for any length of time, just let the other players know in a group message so that the other players will know
4. All members are asked to participate in the game on a daily basis. The co-op understands that this is a GAME and realize that personal/family needs will require us to be away from the game from time to time. If you can’t be here, please be courteous to the other players and post a group message so that those of us who are here can plan research/projects with the players and resources available.
5. $$ requirements for research projects should be shared equally on a $$per level basis. While the formula may seem complicated, it’s really quite simple. It is: [(desired research project $$ requirement)/(sum total of all player levels)]*[your current # of levels]. e.g. [(negotiation Skills level 1 requires $$1,070,000)/(520 sum total of all player levels)]---gives a per level cost of $$2,057.---times [however many levels you have currently reached]. In addition, you will also need to sign up for the and contribute the current individual player participation cost to start the research project---in this case $$92,310 (or use your gold instead if you have it and want to use it in place of $$). While doing the above is not an absolute requirement, contributing in this way allows everyone to feel a fair sense of contribution to any given research project. Not to worry, if this seems too complex for you, the team leader will figure it out for you before we begin any research projects. Any additional $$ and/or gold donated to the co-op are solely at your discretion and will be gladly accepted.
6. To whatever extent possible, we should try and allow a reasonable amount of time before starting research and regular farm projects in order to allow as many of us as possible to decide what we want to do next. This won’t always be possible but we should at least give other players a chance to respond to what we should do next.
7. There are no gold requirements. I know that real money to buy gold can be a problem for some and as such, if we don’t have gold, we’ll wait until we do to do research projects. Again, that said, anyone is free to contribute as much or as little gold as they want to contribute.
8. No character assassinations…by this I mean no sniping or snarky remarks about other players. If anyone has a problem with another player, try to discuss it one on one with that player (try and be courteous and respectful about how that player might interpret your comments/concerns). If that fails, let me know and we will try to resolve the problem together.
9. Most importantly: HAVE FUN. We are a great group of friends and need to be courteous of other player(s) feelings, particularly of how those feelings might be hurt based on things we might say in chat.
10. Should you find these rules too unreasonable for whatever reason, you are always free to leave the co-op. We don’t want any hard feelings to develop between the players and only want you to remain here as long as you are comfortable and happy being with the other players.
If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free to make those ideas/suggestions/concerns known and we will discuss them/modify/adjust and do whatever is needed to make this a great place to farm, hang out and be together. I am NOT in any hurry to ‘hustle’ the farm to any particularly ranking beyond whatever the group consensus decides. My apologies if the above seems long and complicated, I am simply trying to offer suggestions that allow us to all be equal and feel like this is indeed what it is meant to be—a great place to hang together and have fun.
Welcome and we hope youenjoy your experience with us
Warmly,
KindHeart

The cooperative Tree will be a new object on your farm where you can see the size of your cooperative. The tree grows with your cooperative and with the help of your cooperative members, gives many small rewards.
- So how will it work?
The size of the tree depends on the size of your cooperative. The larger your cooperative, the greater size of the tree.
If the player is not in an cooperative, there is a hint about starting or joining one.
Each player in a cooperative has/gets a tree, which can be watered by other members of the cooperative.
All players in your cooperative can water your cooperative tree, which will “charge” it a little. When it is fully charged, you can collect small gifts, such as XP, dollars or collectibles. Also you can even water your own tree, but with the help of your cooperative, it is of course much faster. (The watering of your own tree has a cool down time)
Each player can water every cooperative tree once a day. If you do not water a tree on a day, the opportunity is not carried over for the next day.
Also, by watering the tree of other players in your cooperative, there are dollars as a reward.
If your tree is already watered, it cannot be watered again.
On your tree you can open an info window, which will show who has watered your tree.
- Okay, how can I help my cooperative friends?
When you visit another player from your cooperative, there is a menu in a new window in which you can see the members of the cooperative.
This window shows you what state the trees of your friends are currently at:
Already watered: Green Check Mark
Not yet watered: Orange Watering Can
Cannot be watered: Grey Watering Can
This window can also be used to directly visit the farm of the other players, and then water the tree there.
And: watering costs no water, players only needs to click on the tree, and it's free.
There will also be a small introduction task for the cooperative-tree, which will explain the basics. This becomes available when you have completed the quest "Join a cooperative".
