    Yvonne, please don't post your email address on the forum. This is public for all to see! You will need to contact support to change your email address.

    Would anyone know how I can go about changing an email address for my farm??

    You will have to contact support and expect to wait a couple of weeks for a reply due to the back up of emails they already have.

    Well, my experience shows that it is easier to rebuild the whole farm(s) from scratch than get assistance from GGS support to change your login email.
    It should be automated somehow, like changing the name of your farm.
    If you cannot do this from the game interface - you are stuck.

    I just recently did this. I sent a support ticket in and received a timely response from them. I had to provide them with information so they could confirm it was me making the request since my old email was closed. They will let you know what they will need from you.

    The process did not take long, less than a week.

    Can someone help me I want change my email address for Big farm Game.
    I no longer use my old email address so how to change it. there has to be some website for big game to change our email and makes some changes in our profile. I Can't remember that website I tried to find it. It was a big farm web for profile & email address changes I do remember this. But I couldn't able to find it now I don't know either they closed that site or what.
    I don't know what to do.
    its no use to email support they will send the mail to my email that no longer recoverable. what should I do now. ????
    CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!!!!

    You do need to contact support, just put your new email on the ticket & then give your old one in the details. Only support can change it for you.

    @ewun (INT1)  That looks like the page from the old forum, but back then you still needed to contact support to change the email address on your farm account. When that is changed, it should automatically change the address on the forum, if you click the forum button on your farm. 

    You have done the correct thing, by contacting support, I hope it is changed quickly for you.

    you have to contact support.  They are the only ones who can change it for you.
