You are only allowed 1 farm on each server.
You can have many farms so long as they are all on different servers.

contacted them again today.
If you got the auto-response & ticket number it means they got your email, after that its just when they get to you, depending how busy they are, shouldn`t be long.
but the ticket status is showing it has been already processed.
Try logging into your farm using your new email address (instead of your username) & your usual password, to see if it has been changed.

It depends, really. If there's a lot of tickets, it may take one or two days, if you waited longer than that, feel free to send another inquiry as a reply to your old mail
When you enter the Forum,at the top,there you'll find "settings"and then click there. When the "Settings" page appears at the bottom of the page you'll find My settings and there you'll also find "Edit profile". Then what, just click edit email address.
I would send a reply to the auto-response email that you received, 8 days is longer than I would expect it to take.
As stated previously in this thread: you will have to contact support. You can get to the support page through the game or click on the ling at the bottom of the page on the forums. It says "contact us". Make sure you select the right game.

I guess you have to contact the BigFarm support and give them your new email address. They can change it so you will get BigFarm messages sent to the new mail address in the future.
