How To Change Email Address!

Ineed to change my email adress because my old one is no longer valid and I cant get my welcome gift from it Any help youcan give me would be greatly appreciated

    I was wondering if anybody knew how to put a new email address for the game? If anyone knows how to (without restarting the game:D) please post it in here.

    You cant change your E-mail Address because of security Reasons. Only chance would be asking a support to manually change your registered mail but then providing for a valid reason for change, valid email.

    Contact support by using Contact us link at the bottom of the page.

    Shouldn't you contact support for that? Just so they can keep everything straight?

    You have to contact support in order to do this.

    Hey, how do I change email? The email I use for the game is getting so incredible full of spam I have problem finding any support mail or bonus from the game... do I write to support or? Where do I report wanting to change? E

    You will have to write to support, yes. They are the only ones that can change an e-mail address for you.

    They need to know how long I have been registered... geez... why not ask for my first born?? I have no idea... I just play... any place I can check that???? :(

    Your welcome e-mail. And the join date of the forums is usually not very far off, but not the exact date you first registered. Any chance you have that welcome mail anywhere still or can you not reach that e-mail address at all any more? Or did not never receive that mail?

    oh no I dont keep emails... but yea I put down the forum date as well told them straight out that I normally sign up for forum right after I start playing... they had some tough questions... haha but I think I have given them the info they wanted... had I made any payments??? LOL I spent a small fortune on gold haha

    Yeah, those are certain security codes they need to deal with so nobody can simply claim your account or change the e-mail address while it is not their account. It is quite some work, but I am sure, if you persevere, you will manage ^^

    Write a message to support. There is a link to the support page in my sigature. Choose for e-mail support and fill out the form.

    I have changed my email address as well and still they sent emails to the OLD address. I contacted Support but no help.

    SO frustrating.

    Support is getting a lot of tickets so they do take a long while before they answer. If it has taken very long, you may want to try to write to one of the Community Managers on the forums. I hope it gets solved soon. Good luck!

    Go to "Settings" at the top of this forum page & then down to "Edit Email & Password" on the left, check whether maybe your old email is still showing there.

    You have to write to support. Sorry, there is no other way.
