New Production Building
My guess? Wheat harvests will start producing a 'straw' by-product, and the new "Spinning Jenny" building will spin the straw into gold.
Well... one can hope anyway.

Will they add some thing for the roses... Some animal that eats rose... Dont know which one eat rose...
Or a horse?
Does this mean we're going to get extra expansions?
Also, no one said that you HAVE TO build it!
Maybe a sawmill to turn an orchard by-product into lumber?
Camii,
It says that there will be new production building coming to the main farm... So its only in the main farm
The idea of coffee beans or cocoa that some people have suggested would fit in here too. Rita can finally have her latte!
I understand for respect to some cultures, animals are not use to produce meat in the game, so I don't know about the pigs becoming bacon...
Has i still have lots more space, i am excited.
And i know that People Like Hust and Astragek are worried,
but it will just be another challenge.
And that is what this game is about challenges and trying to find the
best way to have your farm.
I am thinking it is going to have to do with pigs or has other people are putting
Some thing that will go with the 4th farm.
I guess we will just have to wait and see.
~Space~
In the newspaper it says production building, so it would be something like an orchard, or an animal. I HOPE it will be something that poops!
It will be interesting to see what it is.
But sheep or Horses would be very nice.
...
...
You know, I saw "Production" there all along, I even titled this thread correctly, and I've been thinking "Processing" the whole time!
I can be so daft.
And....
Horses poop!
I hope it is something else that runs on fertilizer or humas. We don't have enough of those.
I am hoping for something that poops a lot.
I'd like to think horses but can't see how they would tie into anything else. I do think it has to be something that will be useful for the upcoming new farm otherwise why change the original farm?
And a CM said that horses wouldn't add any value to the game
I'd rule out Tobacco, Grapes, for reasons to do with keeping topics religion proof as above post suggests.
It is production.
Horses people ride, but do not produce anything except maybe they are sent to glue factories when aged. It may sound bad, but getting a dead horse out a barn is not pretty.
hmmm..
I think it is probably Sheep. Perhaps a fourth farm would be textiles with leather and wool with a few cotton orchards. IDK.
Fish Farming, Worm farming, ducks, dogs, there is little left for a farm.
So Sheep it is.... but does it get harvested for wool?
Notice none of the animals die on our farms. We have no kill farms.
So it would have to be Sheep selling wool. I see no other choice.
But GGS will likely drain our poo supply with yet another Orchard we have no poop to run.
So it is pretty safe to say that if you don't build it - there will not be any detriment to your farm.
Like Mae Anne said below, I meant that it may be something used for the 4th farm
Space - very well said.
I love that the game developers are always finding new ways to challenge us.
Maybe it will be something the same as pigs and we will be able to remove them and put something in that we can actually use in the 4th farm
What does this even mean?
The same as pigs; i.e the same size and not needed for anything until the 4th farm and still produces dung for fertilizer.
