i really dont understand about the research and how it effects all the people in the co op or if it only helps the ones that are participating in them .. can some1 explain the research to me .. thank you ?(

When the research finishes all the members benefit from the raised price, or whatever. Even a new member entering a co-op will benefit from the Researches completed before they joined

Every member must buy their own researcher. Some research is set up to need 9 researchers and if all 0 co-op members do not contribute 1 each then the only way to get the last researcher is
a) someone must unfairly spend game gold on one, or
b) they should kick out the member not helping anf get a new one.

Unfortunately many people do not understand how to find a researcher to hire do to bad game design.

Research does help EVERYONE IN THE CO-OP though regardless if they help.

If someone in our co-op does not hire a researcher we try to explain it to them how, but most often kick them out soon after as it is hard for amny kids to understand.

Then they send mails crying about it, but blame the game developers. If you are old enough to read and play then tough. GROW UP and pull your weight. Dang crybabies.

The game could fix this by pointing these snivling whiny brats to the researchers a little better.

Having a button after 2-3 tab se;ections that says "research details" is a pretty lame way of saying. "COME HERE YOU DUMB KIDS AND BUY RESEARCHERS".

We have 2 info pages we can write memos on for our co-op and every inch of it describes how to find and hire researchers. Here it is.

Co-Operative Description.
About once a week everybody must Hire a researcher for whatever project we are on..\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\rIf you do not know how to hire your researcher just ask anyone.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\rYour name will then be attached to the researcher, and the process is done.
(NOTE: THOSE ---r\\\r things just appear by themselves after few months.)

and that has been ourCo-op description and news since wer started co-op and some people are still too daft to understand. I am a co-op leader and I dont mind kicking out someone who cannot figure it out after this much detail.

The game could change the name of that button to "HIRE RESEARCHERS HERE KIDS", but they seem to think "research details is enough."
