Do you have the challenge started? just harvest as normal and it is counted automatic and the required amount has to be completed before the timer expires. Everyone on the co-op can contribute to this total.
To start the challenge--ALL of one kind of piece has to be donated by one person ( or use gold)--there is no way to donate 15 tractors and someone else donates the rest. A deputy or the leader has to click the timer to start it, but all the pieces have to be there first.
