My advice is not to join a co-op yet. You need to donate dollars, and sometimes gold, to co-ops. You need those dollars to grow and expand your farm right now. Wait until you have a good steady income. Then you will gain benefit from joining a co-op

If you mean missions which you find on the bottom right of the game board. you click on it and it says max 10 people. That has nothing to do with cooperatives, its just missions. scroll through the different missions, find one that is at a suitable time for you, and one you would like to do. some go for 30 mins some go for hours. some are early in the day and some are late in the day. Once you have found one to do, then just click on the join this mission button, and good luck.
