Once you reach level 20, you'll get a task to get your second farm, but at that stage you can only purchase it by using gold.
Once you reach level 25, you can buy the second farm for dollars.
In the task is a button that says "Show me", if you click that, it will automatically give you the option to buy the second farm.
Until then you can use either the "My village" button (three blue houses) on the main menu, or select "My village" in the dropdown menu from your farm's name under your XP bar. You will see three roads leading from your main farm to the other farms you can eventually purchase, but they will be locked until the proper time. Once you have purchased any of those other farms, it will appear in that dropdown menu, and in the Next harvests menu.
