Question

Is there any way a co op leader can check if a player really has a problem on their farm? I have a member and it sounds like support is taking forever to sort it. Says he can't read what's going on on his farm and some kind of malfunction. I would like to know if he is taking chances and wants only the benefits of being in a co op without actually doing any work. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

    Hi Bella , Sorry there is no way by which cooperative leader can check if a player has a problem or not.Tell your coop member to refresh the page and to clear the cache memory.Also tell to clear flash cache here. May be this will help.

    I did do this. Unfortunately I think he is not telling the truth. No way support takes so long to sort out a problem. A day, two at the most then your problem is solved. Thanks for the answer though.

    You can only see on their farms what they are growing/running. I don't know what kind of problem it exactly is, but I use the 'visit farm' option to see if all my members are helping in the project. If I see they are not making what they are required to make even though they are online, I will eventually ask what is going on.

    Support had a lot of work to do the last two weeks, some people had to wait almost 2 weeks before they got help. As the player if they got a ticket number, If they say no make sure they know to look in their spam folder in their email, as a lot of the times the replies and the ticket numbers go straight to spam folder and therefor get missed. If the player definitely did not get a ticket number (and yes this does happen) tell them to contact support again.

    I hope the problem does get sorted for them soon.
