Other fields

When looking at other people's farms, do we see what is planted on their fields before it is fully or partially grown? I think it is possible to see partially grown field but I wonder if I can see what people planted. Because if not then I see a lot of empty fields in my coop....

If something is planted in other player's farm you can only see seeds grown ( corn / roses / wild flower / cabbage / wheat ) in the field. But you can not see which crop is being sowed. That you have to guess after watching the seeds sowed on other player's farm.

That is so unfair. How can I gift people when I don't know what is growing there. And I have to be there before harvest. Bummer.

There have been times that the function did not work properly, but yes, you should indeed see seeds. Although, if so many fields seem empty, I would rather think the time has come again that it quit working. Will be solved soon I guess. Are you also sure you waited long enough for their farms to fully load? (no clue what your computer is like, but mine tends to be pretty slow or a bit slower loading everything)

I tried clearing cache but still. I can see them when I see image of the crop growing. I mean I know by image what it is as it doesn't always say what it is. For some it says what it is but not for everything.

Mmhmm, even from seeds you sometimes can see it. As far as I know roses, wild flowers and cabbage have green seeds and corn and wheat have white ones. Well and then depending on the times you could figure out which it would be XD Wait for some minutes to see the stage of the crops ^^ But it might be nice to just have something that indicates it better.

The only mouseover that would be useful lol and its not there. I better suggest it.

I was thinking the same XD My comment kind of contradicted my earlier ones about the pop-ups being so annoying and in the way. But indeed it would be the only mouse over that would be useful ^^
