Trades Description Act ?

shoestring2shoestring2 Posts: 66
I am reliably informed that a waggon has 4 wheels (and 2 'g' s) and the item for which I have just paid $115,000 is actually a cart! Can I have refund please under the Trades Description Act? :):):):):D

rofl, it's wagon and not waggon, and due to that reason you can get a refund of 50% of the item since your statement is incorrect, to get this 50% refund, click the item and click destroy :D:D:D

Of course one wouldn't expect an Australian or an American to spell correctly in English. :-) Check your Oxford dictionary! Even Shakespeare spells it with 2 'g's ! In modern usage both are now acceptable -for our colonial friends :-)

Well Shoestring, we can safely say by now I think that Shakespeare is a bit old. Sometimes spelling may evoluate with time :) Moderately ofcourse, people who write 'should of' and 'would of' instead of should have (should've) or would have (would've) may in my not so humble opinion be targeted with a watergun with icewater!

Oh and Astragek, you are losing your touch on dutch hun, you made a horrible error in the Dutch helpdesk topic :P
