Cooperative. Rip Off, or Gain?

I feel like i put so much money into the coop and get nothing back. I mean I don't see a real benefit with how much money you have to pour into research to get a dollar more for pigs. Its kind of messed up I am seeing no benefit. And then donating money into the coops account? WTF does that do?Unless you put it directly yourself in research you are just dumping in unusable money its stupid

It all depends on what you value the most Runix. For me, I value the friendships I've made with my fellow cooperative members and the added challenge of us working together to achieve a goal. That more than makes up for every donation I've made for the cooperative.

By the sounds of it, being in a cooperative may not be for you. That's OK, you're not penalised in any way for preferring to focus on your farm rather than being part of a cooperative. There are many other players that prefer not to be in a cooperative too. :)

I agree with Kat, but no matter how you look at it, in the long run, a cooperative is allways beneficial.
The thing is, you donate a huge amount at once, but over a period of time, it all comes back.
    There's 2 important things:

1: The researches for extra income, if you for example hired a researcher and donated for organic eggs, lets say 100k in total, you have 3 chicken coops level 3 on your farm, this means after only 230 runs, you got your 100k back and will start making profit. I know 230 runs sounds a lot, but there will come a time you need to wait a lot longer for a research or can't do one at all, and then it'll start to be a big benefit.

2: If you invest in the research recruitment, this means that you get more people into the cooperative, which means everyone has to donate a lot less to get the same results.

And I agree with Kat that the friends I made in the cooperative and the good times we have trying to achieve goals, helping eachother out, that alone makes it worth it for me.
