Well vs. Fountain

Hi all,

I'm new here and I have a quick question. In decorations I see that the Well costs 15000 and gives 18 happiness (and 3 experience when you build it) and the Fountain costs 35000 and also gives 18 happiness (and 4 experience when you build it). What's the point of having an overpriced item? 20000 for 1 experience point?

The well is 4x5 and fountain 4x4. For many paying the extra is worth the space saved. Much of this game is about strategy. You have to weigh up the pros and cons for your play style and decide whether the space saved is worth it to you
