Role of deputy

What are the roles a deputy? Can I kick inactive members?? if so how do I do that?

    Jenn, deputies can do everything that a Leader can do with the exception of changing the cooperatives name, description and removing members.

    I would talk to the other coop memebers before doing so though. Descisions like that should be in agreement with the other members and the leader. It is quite a serious thing to do in my opinion.
