I cant work out what this is for.

I have never received a gift nor sent one as i dont know how. Can anyone explain pease?

The gifts is where farm decos go that you have won. for eg with the easter egg hunt the fountain went to the gift section of the inventory box. In this game you dont send gifts to other players.
