I got denoted from level 16 back to level 12!!! What"s going on???

I last played on my farm 4 days ago but when I logged in today, I saw a farm that I did not recognize at all.
-The arrangement of the farm houses, fields, as well as the fields that were acquired were not what I last saw on my farm. Which had a level 2 fence, some wheat fields, an apple and cherry orchard, a pigsty, a cow farm, a level 2 barn and house, and numerous trees and other decorations.
-And instead of having a cooperative with 5 members on it, I saw that I am left with no cooperative members.
-No letters were left in my inbox and outbox, when I remembered having written several times to members of my cooperative.
I have no idea what happened.
-All I could remember was that I logged out for 30 minutes on my farm because I had to travel and when I got home, I again logged in but was unable to since, the web page for Bigfarm just continued to appear with the background on it but with no options of logging in or even in signing up.
-PLEASE HELP!!! FRANTIC FARM OWNER...?(;(:(
