Why have a Support when nobody answers?

I sent a ticket to the Support at 10.00 AM 31 of March. I still havn't got any answer. I know it has been a long holiday but I still think they should got time to answer because they now have worked for 3 days since holiday ended. :thumbdown:

Two days ago I asked them again in the same thread, tried to push my question up in the list again but that didn't help. :cursing:

    support are getting alot of tickets at the moment and they apreciate your patience, while you wait. In the meantime if you would like to give me your ticket number I can pass it onto them, to make sure they have it.

    But it's not actual any more.

    You can tell them that it's to late, they can throw this ticket away. I upgraded the silo by mistake, then I was stuck in the game when my fertilizer reached zero so finally I had to go on and set workers to the silo and put them into work.

    But perhaps you can answer if it's possible to get things back if it happens again. If I do mistakes like this again.

    Just an FYI:

    The last time I purchased/upgraded something by mistake and placed a ticket about it, the response I got was that they do not "fix" those kinds of instances. It was MY mistake, yes but it was something I didn't intend doing and kindly asked if it was possible to get the difference in cost (I believe I bought milk instead of selling it and lost about $90,000), I was denied.

    Inspite of all extra clicking it will cause... Sometimes I want to have a securitywindow popping up, like the one we get when we have to confirm that we really want to tear up the vegetation when we buy more land. That really isn't more necessary there than anywhere else.
