i can't get welcome gift

i jus started this game and i can't get my welcome gift it keeps tellin me that my email address is not valid

    hmm I remember this happening to me when I first started this game. When I was logging in using the email link it took me to the WWW server all I had to do was change the server to au1 so take a look at that. You are both us 1 server.

    If that is not the problem then do as Kat says contact support, via the link at the bottom of the page that says "contact us"

    To get your Welcome Gift you need to follow the link in your welcome e-mail

    I have not been able to claim my welcome gift for Big Farm. The email was sent, I click the link, it brings me to the game, and I get nothing. I am wondering if it was because I signed up for Empire with the same username/email and claimed my welcome gift for that game. The notification to claim my welcome gift is still showing up on my Big Farm game, but clicking it and having the email sent still does nothing.

    Randy, if you've checked to make sure it's not in your spam/junk mail folder, contact Support and they'll sort it out for you.

    Btw, the welcome email can take a bit of time to arrive I've found.

    Welcome Randy. Just a heads up, If you do decide to buy gold as I do don't buy dumb things that many new players fall victim to, for example.

    1. Crowbars.
    2. Anything Buddy or the Stock market girl sells.
    3. Twins.
    4. Accelerating crop production---be patient.

    Do buy.

    1 expand expand expand
    2. Good blue decorations for happiness
    3. Water tower if you have deep pockets.

    It's been several months now so my memory is hazy, but I think I didn't get the welcome gift until the next day, after I actually logged out and back in again, instead of just closing the game's tab and re-opening it from my closed tabs menu.

    If you've already logged in and out and still don't have your gift, try clearing browser cache and reloading the page (shift-F5 does that in one step in many browsers).

    If that still doesn't work, try clearing the goodgamestudios.com entries out of flash cache too.

    Clearing cache seems to fix lots of different GGS problems.

    Have you checked your spam folder for the e-mail?

    Or do you have the e-mail and the link doesn't work?

    i hv enterd my e-mail address in the link and it disappeare for some time but appeares again and didn't get my gift :(

    And as I read you already did that, Turabali, maybe try again so support knows it is a real problem for you. Give them as many details as possible. Don't go and spam them though, give them some time to react.

    Ah yes, I missed that sorry. I'm afraid you might just need a bit more patience, but I understand that it's frustrating. Remember that Support works Mon-Fri in German office hours

    If you have checked your spam folder and you definitely haven't got the welcome e-mail contact Support using Contact Us at the bottom of the page

    Any of you that have same problem as me?Cant get my welcomst gift,it ust lying down in left corner,and when I do something it says "go to your link at the e-mail". Have got 1 e-mail,and find notthing.. Please help... ;(

    You need to click the link in the e-mail you get after entering it in the box. Also check your spam inbox. Is it really nowhere to find? Please contact support through the link at the bottom of this page "contact us" and they will sort it out for you.

    I'm sorry you are having trouble getting your Welcome Gift :(

    What steps have you taken so far?
    Does the link in the mail not work?
    Haven't got a mail? Then check your spam folder

    Or is the problem something else?

    Hi there, I'm not sure if this will help but at the bottom of your game screen, by the action bar (it has your farm management, build ect..). On the left side, there should be a gold icon in a starburst thing,that you can click on. A window should come up for you to put your email in, and then goodgame will send a link to your email that you can click on to collect your gift. Please reply if I was able to help you thank you.
