Thanks Prince Manish 3 for giving me the chance to help out. It is truly an honor to work with you!
    :D
    ...

By the way friends, the above spreadsheet will also include some useful information about the Event decorations for this new event.

On a side note i would like to make a few suggestions/tips that could help you all to complete the tasks quickly since we don't know what the tasks will be yet.

1.Try to keep your barn full with all items (like chicken feed, pig feed & cow feed and all other items like W.flower, corn, cabbage, wheat, eggs, pigs, milk, apple and cherry) so that if a task is to sell or donate any of the items you will be ready. In case the first few tasks are to produce feed then you could have more than half of your storage capacity if not full.

2.If you have a lot of feed you will be able to produce from your buildings quick & easily.

3.If possible try to keep a few workers and some space free to build an additional building to speed up things. This is of course your choice but i have just enough free workers to build any additional building like field, orchard, cow shed, pigsty, or a chicken coop. (you may ignore this tip if you have a very low happiness.)

4.As the update is expect to take place on the 29th of October between 8.30 and 11.00am CET (Central European Time), so plan ahead and don't harvest/collect the long term products like cherry, apples, milk, wheat etc until the event starts in case the task is to collect items.

5.Similarly you could start the mill production in advance (preferably to produce wheat) and have it ready to collect when the event begins.

6.Try to produce some special seeds and save them for the event to get that extra edge!;)

Hope you find these tips of some use and I wish everyone good luck in completing this event!

As one would say in Hawaii.... Pomaika`i ( Good-luck)!

Thanks for the spreadsheet Manish! It will be very useful to all!

Great advice Sanajay! Just one more thing....Have everything on your farm ready to harvest in case the task is to collect items.

OTOH, if any of the tasks involve milling feed (like the camping event) or have collectibles with high drop rates from operating the mill, you might be much better served to allow your feed inventory to diminish somewhat in preparation for this event.

IIRC, I needed to collect 3800 cabbage for one step of the Asian event, so having a full inventory of cabbage would not have helped a bit in preparation for that event.

Until we know what the tasks are, it's pretty difficult to predict what sort of preparation will be helpful.

You have levels 30-42 written twice, I believe you're missing levels 28-29.

That’s a good point, EricaJ, I have added a line to Tip 1.

Even if your stock pile is full of cabbage, corn or wheat and you are required to produce more of it, you can still sell off the field products like cabbage and wheat etc at a profit!8)

Yes, that is true but no harm has ever come from being prepared! :)

Thanks Jess_d. I have added two more tips about that (Tip 4 and 5)

Thanks for the heads up, All4Fun. I will look in to it and make the corrections. The spreadsheet should be ready to enter all details by the time the event starts.

Wow a spreadsheet started before the event even runs first time :)
Everyone should be able to finish--that makes me happy.

***OH another idea! Maybe if people report the size of the deco as well as the level they are on. Just stating the level makes it swirl a bit in my head when I read it. ;(

Yes, that is true but no harm has ever come from being prepared! :)

If you know what it is for which you need to prepare. Being prepared for a day at the beach is not going to help you much in a snowstorm.

There are times when blanket preparation advice may do more harm than good.

    A couple of examples:

A player wanting to have plenty of fertilizer to keep the orchards running uses all of their dung to make that fertilizer, only to find out that the first task in the event is to make fertilizer.

A player wanting to have plenty of chicken feed fills their inventory, and the first task is milling chicken feed.

... or getting some collectible where the best drop rates are from the silo and mill. For some collection tasks, a player might want to keep the processing buildings running constantly, so allowing inventory to drop beforehand can be helpful.

The only thing I'm going to do to prepare for this event is to keep feed and fertilizer inventories well below max. I always have full inventories of apples and cherries and nearly full inventories of most everything else.

I know your intention is to be helpful, but unless you have some insider knowledge of what is involved, it may be better to be a bit more careful about what you present.

    Aloha friends!

I request all community members of Big Farm to pitch in with the details of the event (once it starts). Let us work together to help each other. After all as someone once said:

"Help me...... help you. Help me, help you!" -Tom Cruise in the movie "Jerry Maguire" (1996)

So, plz post the details of the event. The things you may submit about are:
    • Always mention the player level that your information applies to(so we can put it in the correct group).
    • Task details.(for example: collect wild flowers/Find Fireflies/Donate... sell...so on)
    • Amount to be collected or sold or donated etc.
    • Gold to skip.
    • Approx amount for random collection
    • Reward
    • Any tips for that particular Task (if you have any)

    additional information needed about:
    >From what level is this event available? (is it from level 20,19,18,17,15....?)
    >What are the groups of level (eg: lvl 20-28, Level 29-42, Level 43-54 and so on...)
(The groups depend on the starting level)

There is also a 2nd sheet in it about the special decorations for this event.
As I am a high level player so i might not see from what level the decoration is unlocked, so:
    >At what level is the decoration unlocked?

    And finally....

In an effort to entice you all:) I have added a new sheet in the “Hawaii Event Spreadsheet”, called Acknowledgements!
Your contributions will be noted and you will be ranked and awarded a Title! 8)

So get ready and may the best player win a title!!!
