Suggestion: Moving Decorations From One Farm To Another... ⏳

    yes i think it would be great to make decorations interchanerble

    GGS has already shot this idea down because you could just quickly switch decorations from one farm that is at 100% happiness and switch it over to another farm and make it 100% happiness and cheat the game.

    Like other people have said..... This is never going to happen sorry :( Maybe they might add something to add a bit of a challenge but I don't see it happening any time soon :S

    That's easy to stop that as a way to hold 100% happiness on all farms just in the moment the 100% are needed:
    If they make it so, that a deko are moved to the starge, that deko first can be placed on another farm after some time was gone.
    E.g. if we first can replace a deko on another farm after 24 hours, we can not quickly remove deko's from farm to farm.

    How about selling back the unused decos that we have in storage (recycle ) Since they were bought with farm money or gold , they should be worth something. Then we could buy more as needed on different farms. Just a thought .

    Put the unwanted deco on the farm. Click on the unwanted deco and hover the mouse over the domolish button, it will tell you how much you will get back. Click on the demolish button and on completion you get the farm cash.

    Why is it that we can't use decorations bought for our main farms on our Gourmet farms or flower farms and visa versa? ?(
    Since the cost as been paid from the same farm account.

    Good point Katy. I wonder if that is what GGS is hinting at when they talk about diversions with the new environment.

    It would be nice if I could use the decorations that are in storage on every farm, not just on 1 out of the 3. It's kind a silly to purchase new ones for one farm, if you've got plenty in storage on your farm which one is obviously not using.

    Yes it makes sense, however, this is something that has been brought up many times and probably won't happen. But it certainly doesn't hurt to ask again.

    Why don't you let the decorations that were bought but not being used on the main farm be used on the other farms? - I have decorations sitting in my storage just wasting space, not making me money from selling them or gaining me happiness points...if I take decorations off of the main farm to put up a new one - I should be able to use that decoration on another farm. I already paid for it once, why should I have to pay for it again?

    They believe that if we had this ability players would use all their high end decorations on one farm to raise happiness while they complete tasks, remove them and move them to the next farm to get the benefit of high happiness on that one too . . . and knowing people in general, they are correct that some people would abuse the system this way so they have said that they will not allow decorations to be moved from farm to farm once put in storage.

    It also minimises the strategy required in working out what should be built next and where.

    I'm going to close this thread now, GGS at this point have no plans on implementing this sorry.

    Evadenzin mentioned this already but Kat Nip closed the thread. So I will open it again.

    Please create a common inventory for all farm decorations. So we can store them all in one place and have the freedom to decorate how we want on whichever farm, according to what we have. I don't want to be limited with having one inventory for decorations on each farm. I want to be able to transfer my tea garden from the main farm to the flower farm anytime I feel like redecorating.

    THIS is exactly the thread I was looking for.

    Being so restricted on the deco is really cramping my style. Some people may not think it's a big deal, but it's huge for me. I spend a LOT of time in my game and the deco is VERY important to me. For me, it's not just about saving money on running costs, it's about aesthetics.

    I don't spend gold on building, rushing, etc. But I WOULD spend it on deco IF the restrictions were not there. Until then, the gold in on hold. JMHO.

    The main reason they keep denying this and why Kat Nip closed the thread is because they have said that they don't want people to have the ability to put all their high level decorations on the main farm raising the happiness level and do production and then move the whole batch of decorations to the gourmet farm and do production and then move them all to flower farm and repeat. Yes having a common inventory would make it more convenient, but unfortunately they too are correct. Players would abuse it in order to get ahead of their competition . . . so Kat Nip will continue closing these threads because GGS already has said that they will not consider this.

    As Georgenollie has mentioned, that's one reason for the Dev's not implementing this idea even though it gets repeatedly suggested. The other is that it takes away the strategy of having to decide where you really do want a decoration placed.

    Anyway, this thread is going to close now too. Please don't continue opening threads when you already know why they've been closed in the first place. :)

    we need a central storage for our decorations,instead of each farm having it's own

    Since 100% happiness is no longer possible, the shouldn't be any reason not to grant us central storage of deco now.

    I think that players should be able to transfer their decorations from their main farm to their flower or gourmet. If you put decorations into storage...they should be available to any of your farms. :huh:

    This has been recommended time and again and won't ever happen. Plus if this were available it would allow players to cheat. You would be able to switch your happiness from farm to farm. I understand its annoying because it feels wasteful and you bought them. I am in the same boat. On the other hand I see the whole picture. So with that I have to say I agree with GGS on their stance on this.

    well they (GGS) could put a delay time to it of 24 hours to rebuild on other part of your company.so you cant cheat whit it.

    It has already being mentioned many times before. GGS stated that this will not happen because you can have a good batch and then move them every time to other farms.

    Exactly. There wouldn't be any reason to buy new deco or to do events etc, so no - that's not going to happen, I'm sorry.

    To complete task hunter people would have to make decorations on individual farms!!... and then if shifting the decoration takes as much time as building it...then people wouldn't do it as often...
    being able to shift decoration would help people at lower levels a lot....
    eg: if your main farm is advanced enough that flower beds from main farm are lying in the inventory... we could use them for the not-so-advanced flower farm!!!:rolleyes:
