hi How does one get a 2nd farm?

:) hi I'm Kara. Just started playing a few weeks ago and i cannot believe i actually spent money on an online game to get gold, but hey it was worth it cuz i got to buy stuff on my farm. lol Anyways i've been hoping for anybody out there who wants to join in the cooperative. I would say that i am not sure what to really do or how it works etc.
Anyone know how does one get a whole second farm plus even build some other kind of thing all together? I found some co-op farms all on their own in the 'world' view instead of just the village we can click on at the bottom. 'Heather Stewart' i noticed had two farms but the second one i didn't recognize.

I'm usually on this about 5x a week and more than once a day when i do log on.

hope to hear from anyone out there and if i can offer any help i will be glad to.

Sweet Pea Valle and yes i'm missing the stupid y cuz i had no idea what i was clicking on in the first place and thought i had to suddenly change my name so i did but it took my gold. lol

    Level 25 is when you can get the 2nd farm, it will come as a task the same way as you have been getting the other activities to build. It does open a little earlier if you use gold, though not sure at what level.

    You are in a village (i think) with other people that are not in a co-op.

    2nd farm is called Gourmet Farm..:)
