Discord continues to confuse me. I got it working correctly, then yesterday I cleared my cache and unfortunately got booted out of discord. I can still read stuff, but it says I have to claim the account. My name is in the bottom left hand corner. When I try to claim it, I get the message that the email is already registered. Help please

You logged out and instead of logging in, and created a new account.

Easiest solution is to download the App
https://discord.com/download and log in via the App or to log out of your temporary account and log in with your real account.

Same problem again, had to clear my cache and can't log onto my discord account again.I try and it says I am logging in from a new location,and to check my email. I verify from my email but discord says that link has expired. Getting annoyed now, why does it have to be so difficult. Not all of us were brought up with computers  UPDATE eventually discord asked me to change my password and I am in there now.
