Bug in Japanese school event

I just had a problem in this event where the cards turned around to reveal themselves but then they wouldn't turn back around.I selected more cards to reveal and it did the same thing again.When I had any matches it wouldn't let me select them instead it forced me to select different cards which were not a match.The only thing I could do was to keep on playing selecting cards which were not a match.I wasted about 50 tokens that round selecting cards which were not a match cause that was the only way I could continue the game.I talked to a coop member of mine who said she had same problem yesterday.Has any else had this issue or reported it to GG?

Some players found out that you can exit with the x and re enter via the building and the cards will unfreeze. That does not keep other cards from freezing.

Please contact Support.

I have started a lesson, but than it got stuck.

The tiles did not turn back, so i could see the picture all the time.

I could only click on the tiles with the backside up.

So i had to close the lesson, but i have lost my coins.

i would like to get my 10 coins back, because the game got stuck.

@vlindertje30 (NL1)  Nobody here can get you your coins back. You would have to contact Support...  https://support.goodgamestudios.com/index/index/g/15/lang/en/platformId/0     But it would be more trouble than it's worth.

I contacted support.
Got an e-mail from them (i think standard).
Up to now i did not recieve my lost coins.
How long is this going to take?
At support they can see that there are more people with the same issue...

There has never been a Dutch forum but there was a thread that Dutch speaking farmers helped in.

When they stopped helping the English speaking mods were not able to support it

Shinkei is stuffed again.   Tiles  not returning once selected, so just wasting coins

You can still play the game just hit the red "x" button at top right of game window to exit then re enter the game and you should be able to continue.You should be able to select the tile you want then.
