    They are found in  adverts when playing other games.

    Do all levels have access to the vouchers ? I have 2 players level 34 and 197 who do not have the option to redeem vouchers any advice ?

    They are available to all.


    What error message do they get?

    No error, just do not have the option to go into Voucher

    Are they looking in the right place?
    Are they using the mobile beta?
    Are they playing through a third party?

    @janflipflo (GB1)   can either of them share a screen shot, or post one online and share the link so we can see what it looks like for them?

    I've used lightshot to post pics online for others to view. Here is the address for that program, IF anyone is interested in it.  I make no claim whatsoever to it's safeness or being the best there is, it's just an option, one that was once recommended to be by a former mod & that I have used it.
