Can't find a Co Op

Level 16 and moving up soon .    I have been invited to a few through Facebook but the game tells me that can't be found. Also they can't find me.   The ones that are offered for me to join through the game are all so high in ranking they don't want someone at my level.  I am more than willing to join and help a smaller one grow but just can't find one.   My farm is placid farmer
