Harvest problem

I have an annoying harvest problem (bug maybe?)

Both on the general farm but also at Greta's.

When you harvest an item and the barn is full, I can sell. But even if I press max it doesn't sell everything??

7,150 units were to be sold, but it can only sell 6,086

That seems ok to me. Your Barn has a max capacity of 7150 and currently contains 6086. 
I assume you are trying to harvest around 1100+ so it wont fit
It checks whether it will fit before it starts harvesting so the max amount it can sell is the 6086 that is in there.
