Error: Not receive reward after finishing event "Not of this world"

Dear Moderators, 
I've just finished event "Not of this world", but I didn't receive the final Reward (decoration 5x5 with happiness 54-58 points). 
This is the 2nd time this problem happens. 
(I also didn't receive reward in previous event "Longing for the Far East Event" even though I finished all steps before the deadline.)

Appreciate any explanations and guidelines.

A simple refresh will normally make your new dec appear
The second thing to try is to clear your cache

Although new decs are meant  to be  at the beginning when you first earn and only go to there proper postion it does not always work
It may have gone straight to where it normally would be

If you still don't have it contact SUPPORT

You don't receive the reward when you complete the event. It is awarded when the event ends (if you completed it) by your screen shot you still have ~2 days before you will receive it. When you receive it it can be found here.
