I use Google Chrome and there is a feature where you can translate the page, to the right of www. line here:

But I wonder if it is there sometimes, and other times not, depending on whether I follow a link on a page, or flip to the next page. Does it make sense?

When it's not there, I can not find it, and do not know where to look for it.

Can anyone answer that?

When I want to translate a page, I right click on the page and am given the option to translate it, that is the only time that symbol shows up for me.
