Issue with Potential Account Deletion

I have received an email from GGS today stating that my account has been inactive and it will be deleted within two days if I do not log in. However, I have been playing frequently enough so that I have not seen an inactivity message for an extremely long period of time (I cannot recall the exact time, but I would say it would be well over two years since this has occurred.)

I looked at the email it was sent to, and it was the same email a family member of mine used to register their account. However, their account was already deleted from inactivity many years ago. So I don't understand why the email is being sent with my username on it and saying that it will be deleted in the near future.

I have already contacted support about this and I am waiting for a response. But I am somewhat concerned that my account may be deleted within the next two days due to some misunderstanding which would be awful as I have a level 460 account and I have worked extremely hard on it.

    I have still not heard back from support. Within the next twelve hours, it would have been two days since I received an email about an account going to be deleted in the next two days. I would appreciate if there is anything that can be done to clarify or resolve the situation, because I have the feeling that something could potentially happen with some account being deleted and I really don't want to lose this account.

    Once you click the button to delete your farm, it will take about 14 days for it to occur.
