Repeat Harvester Stuck [unable to harvest]

    Hi there,

    One of my cow sheds is stuck.  I'm unable to collect the milk that's ready for harvest.  My other three cow sheds are all working fine, just this one building is "frozen" and I can't do anything with it.  When I try clicking on the building nothing happens, I don't even get the popup menu (upgrade, move, etc)... so it's just sitting there showing the icon that the milk is ready to collect but I can't collect it.

    I've tried selling all milk in my inventory, using the 'layout mode' button to grab the building and move it into the storage frame and then placing it back down.  I've tried refreshing the page, logging out, deleting cache/history/cookies/etc, rebooting my computer... nothing seems to be working.  It is now the third day that this one building has been stuck mid-process and I'm out of ideas on how to fix the issue.

    Can someone please help me?  Maybe my farm needs to be repaired/reset from your server end rather from my end?

    I've now resolved the problem, but I had to spend gold to fix the issue.  I used the turbo harvester to harvest that one cow shed and that seems to have fixed it.  I'm now able to produce and harvest milk from that cow shed again.

    But the point being, I shouldn't have had to use gold to 'unstick' a building.

    Are there any other suggestions on what can be done should this problem ever happen again?  Having to spend gold to fix a problem is not an acceptable solution to a bug/glitch.

    Unfortunately this is a problem for many players that has been happening for over a week now, and turbo harvester is the only remedy anyone has found to unstick an item. 

    It has happened on fields, stables & orchards from what I have heard

    I agree, it stinks we have to use gold to work past the bug

    Ah okay, so it is an ongoing problem.  I tried searching for a similar issue but couldn't find anything regarding this problem... guess I need to try using better tag words in the search box. 

    It looks like it might be an issue with the repeat harvester, which is exactly what mine was stuck on.  Thanks for the response and link to the thread!

    Just posting here to add my "me too" onto the list of people experiencing this bug/glitch. 

    My cow shed got stuck and I was unable to collect the milk (while all my other cow sheds were working fine).  For three days I tried everything I could think of (deleting cache, refreshing, logging out, rebooting, etc) and it wasn't until the third day when I decided to try the turbo harvester to see if that would do the trick, and sure enough, the turbo harvester was the only thing that 'unstuck' the building so I could start using it again.

    I was also using the 'repeat harvester' when it got stuck after the first repeat.

    I started a thread here not finding any other threads on my particular problem, but thanks to @Heather Norsk (US1) for directing me to this thread, I've now learned that other people are also having this same type of problem.

    Hopefully this problem gets resolved soon as I don't want to have to waste valuable gold coins to keep fixing an ongoing issue?

    Some have found being sparkled will unstick you

    The problem is still under investigation

    It will resolve this issue
