Keep getting a mood survey in a foreign language which I don't understand.
Anyway to stop it ?

There is a do not show again box tick

If you clear your cache regularly, as advised, it will show again

Before you do that could you provide a screenshot?

It is obviously an error that needs correcting

I have my browsers set to clear cache every time I close browser

I recommend you to clear cache once a week, you can clear just the cache for bigfarm.goodgamestudios.com which is more effective.

How about they fix the "Do not show again" button...I did not clear my cache, it is not set to clear automatically and I do take care of my pc but if I have to change the way I maintain my pc for a "mood survey", that's nuts.

Even if people are in a good mood, the mood is shot by the time you get rid of their meaningless survey.
