Trade Center Purchase mishap?

Greeting's,

I just bought the  Autumnal Cute Apple Orchard skin, & the Autumnal Cherry Orchard Skin both for 1,999 each .

only neither one of them are showing up in My Orchard's skin section, so where did they go ?  please & thank you.
