Did the survey, checked the box to not show message again.  It is still there.  Yes, I cleared cache.

    Clearing your cache is what makes it come back

    One of the things your cache 'remembers' is that you ticked that box. Clear your cache and it is forgotten you ticked that box.

    I only cleared the cache after just checking the box didn't work like it usually does.
