How do make the village happier?

I have been trying to get these numbers lower and i do have some decos that help but i know it can get higher than that SOMEONE HELPPP!

    You will have to place decos which have village happiness in them in your farms

    Yes you need Decorations with good Village Happiness. 
    Each deco has a Happiness for your workers and one for your  Village
