Subscriptions

So, GGS, I  inputted a mastercard instead of a visa number when getting a subscription in Bigfarm.  I get a message back saying I was being fraudulent.
Questions:
1.  Why can't their systems identify a proper credit card company & issue an error message vs calling players fraudsters?
2.  Why are they asking me for a copy of my photo ID so they can remove my suspension, even after I explained what happened? 

I will never provide my photo ID to people I don't know via a game.  Photo ID has your birthday, which is private & can be used to commit financial fraud.  Look into this GGS.  I found the comment offensive, and will live without subscriptions.  This game is getting more & more into the "Not happy" category.  Give the gold I invested back, & I have no problem quitting the game today.

    If you got banned for payment issues, then I'm sure you would have received an email from support, if not contact them as Rosy stated above.

    To add up with what Rosy said, the verification procedure and all things related to the ban have to be talked out with the support team they are the only ones who can sort this out.
