lack of coop communication

I would love to see the chat box changed to Open by default so that players know it's there. it might also be nice if it were  moved to the bottom left corner where it wouldn't be in the way so much when it's open. How many coops have a problem communicating with their member? it's pretty hard to work as a team without being able to communicate with your members.

    Not really sure I'd like the chat box open by default ... chat's really distracting when you're concentrating on the game.  What would really be helpful if the messaging worked liked most others do ... being able to write messages of any length, the messages retain all original posts, being able to click individual names so we can send messages to a group of people when we don't necessarily want it going to the entire coop.  the short e-mails are a pain to deal with when you have a lot of ground to cover.
