Can't get into BF Sale at top of Screen

This has been going on for over a month.  I am unable to get into BF sale or the BF gold apple at the bottom of my screen.  They tell me to do a different browser.  I have tried them all.  None of them work.  Then they told me it is my IP address.  I can't try a different IP address as I only have one at home.  I think they have me blocked for some reason and I wish they would unblock me so I can buy gold pkgs.

Please can someone help me.

    We are aware about this issue.


    Please try an incognito or private window, different browsers give it different names

    We (me and Rosy) were investigating this, and it seems that you'll have to talk it out with the support team, and for changing the IP you can actually use a VPN/proxy there is no need to change the ISP :)
