When will GGS stop the use of players holding multiple accounts, mainly from players who left the game and gave their login details to active members

Account sharing/Multi-accounting is against the TOS of this game, therefore is certainly illegal and you can report it to the support team who will be happy to investigate and take appropriate actio"Ghost rider (GB1)"

I know, I have reported it before and to my view no action was taken or still is being taken against those that do this

If what you reported is found to be true, then action(s) would be taken certainly, but we are unable to discuss such actions with other players due to privacy reasons.

You can request support to re-investigate or mention this on the ticket so that they could take a look again

That does'nt really answer my question as to what you as Mods and CM's are going to do about it.

Well that brings a further question as to what is being done for players to have faith in support again ? as the past few years it has become abysmal that players don't bother with it

As I already stated, as a board moderator, it is out of my control, and game account related stuff is managed by the support team, therefore your best point would be the support.
